  1. Made this yesterday! Me and my boyfriend loved it so much we’re making it again today 😂

I made a couple of substitutions. I used something called Farina which is a starch made from a variety of vegetables such as potato and cassava (from the world foods section in Tesco) instead of potato starch which I couldn’t find. And maple syrup instead of rice syrup which I also couldn’t find easily.

  2. I made this delicious recipe a few days ago, I used chicken fillet that I soaked in milk, cuz milk makes chicken fillet juicy, and cuz of my braces I can't eat crunchy food 🙁 so I made sure I cut up the chicken fillet into small pieces then I fried it only using flour made the sauce but I didn't have rice sryup, google said I can use honey instead, and my gochujjang was finished so I just used gochu garu and the other ingrediants and yea it was delicious, I didn't double fry it cuz of my braces, the chicken was soft and tender, so juicy and delicious I was really proud of myself

  3. Thank you again for this delicious recipe. I frequently cook dinner for my aging parents and would like to make this for them. I previously made this when the came to my home for dinner and they LOVED it.❤ My problem is I need to deliver it to them and it will be cold by the time I arrive at their home. Will they stay crunchy after being tossed in the sauce? Can you reheat them, maybe in an air fryer? Thank you!!!😊

  4. I finally decided to make some Korean fried chicken thanks to your wonderful recipes, but I had a problem. I could decided if I wanted to try this recipe or your honey butter fried chicken recipe. So I decided to make both! I did use boneless skinless chicken thighs and I cut them into 2 inch pieces. They were both absolutely delicious. Thank you and keep posting!❤️. ps.double frying is like magic. 😊
