  4. I truly appreciate your efforts for several years now in making such exotic food accessible to us the uninitiated . It was intimidating years ago but you were there to gently guide us through. Now we can't have enough of it even cooking Korean food in the comfort of our homes with dedicated cooking tools and grills. How about that ? My kimchi is fermenting and maturing , a number of banchan in the fridge I can't do without. I believe it is because of you who was our intermediary or "food diplomat" , ha ha 😂.
