KOREAN STYLE STICKY BBQ PIG TAIL RECIPE | PORK RECIPES | ASIAN STYLE PIG TAILS | KOREAN FOOD RECIPES



Don’t knock it til you try it yall!! These would make great appetizers. If you like Pig Feet, you are going to LOVE these. Taste like candy!

Here is what we will need: (Please determine the amount you need, based upon how many Pig Tails you are making.)

Pig Tails
Vinegar
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Soy Sauce
Onion
Celery
Molasses
Honey
Worchester Sauce
Orange Juice
Strawberry Jelly

Soak, Soak, Soak the Pig Tails in Vinegar and Lime or Lemons for 30 minutes -1 hour.

Scrub all hair and brown matter off of the tails. Clean, Clean, Clean!! Scrub Pig Tails with the lemon/lime

Place in water covering the tails, and boil for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.

Remove from liquid and prepare the sauce.

Combine all of the ingredients in a small pot, and heat until the liquid begins to become sticky.
Pour the liquid sauce over the tails and place in the oven under the broiler until hot and sticky. Watch carefully.
