Sa Pangasinan, "impangat" (pinangat) ang tawag namin. Just a typical fish dish in broth. Ours is more simple and we like it really sour with lots of calamnsi. Fish (better if sapsap or hasa-hasa), lots of calamansi, salt and garlic. Very little water needed. At least sa household namin
