Lasagna Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
8 lasagna noodles
For the Red Sauce:
1 kg ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
400 grams tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Ground pepper
1 block cheddar cheese , grated
For the white sauce
5 tbsps.butter
4 tbsps. All purpose flour
2 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Garnish
1 1/2 blocks quick melt cheese
Dried basil sprinkle a little (optional)

Preheat oven to 350º. Bake until bubbly and melted, about 10-15 minutes.
