Lays Full Fried Chicken

Lays Full Fried Chicken Recipe:-
STEP 1: Steaming Masala
Ingredients:
1½ tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp – Cumin Powder
1 tsp – Garlic Powder
1 tsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
½ piece – Lemon (juice)
1 tbsp – Mustard Oil
1 (1 to 1.2 kg) – Whole Chicken
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients and apply all over the chicken.
Steam in an idly pot for 30 to 35 minutes until soft. Let it cool.

🔹 STEP 2: Masala Coating
Ingredients:
½ cup – Curd
1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
1 cup – Chicken 65 Masala
½ piece – Lemon (juice)
Few splashes – Water (to make a thick paste)
As needed – Salt (only if required)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix everything into a thick paste.
Apply to steamed chicken.
Rest for 15 minutes to absorb flavours.

🔹 STEP 3: Chips Coating & Frying
Ingredients:
2 large packs – Lays Chips (crushed)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Crush Lays finely.
2) Coat the marinated chicken evenly with the chips.
3) Deep fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.
