4-Ingredient Orange Chicken

Ingredients
* 1 bag fully cooked fried chicken bites (Tyson brand recommended)
* 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
* Cooked white rice, for serving
* Sesame seeds (for garnish)
* Spring onions, sliced (for garnish)
Orange Chicken Sauce:
* 1 cup orange marmalade (Smucker’s recommended)
* ½ cup barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s recommended)
* 2 tbsp soy sauce (Kikkoman recommended)
Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken:
* Air fry the frozen fried chicken bites at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
* Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 minutes, or deep-fry for an extra crunchy texture.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
* In a bowl, mix together orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce until well combined.
3. Heat & Coat the Chicken:
* Heat a pan over medium heat and pour in the prepared sauce.
* Bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.
* Add the cooked chicken bites and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
4. Steam the Broccoli:
* Microwave the broccoli in a covered bowl with 2 tbsp water for 3 minutes or until tender.
5. Assemble & Serve:
* Plate the orange chicken over a bed of white rice with steamed broccoli on the side.
* Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions for added flavor and crunch.
