  4. This is one food prep video that I don’t agree with yes the cleaning and choosing process as far as getting rid of the gills NO i don’t agree with this it is not muddy its very flavorful the stems are a litter firmer I wouldn’t say har but compared to the cap yes firmer but completely edible
