The seeds being hotter is a myth, and wouldn't be a reason to throw them out. Latex gloves have been replaced in the industry for vinyl and plastic because of allergies to latex.
In Asia, removing the seed is a blasphemous act.
Dried chiles? I was expecting something on them… I see them in store, as well as the title.
2:20 Nitrile gloves would also work. In some states they are required in kitchens due to the prevalence of latex allergies.
