This woman is so pleasant.
I made this dish about a week and a half ago, and it was indeed delicious. Don't rush it. It doesn't take long, but still, take your time with each step. I suggest preparing the chicken first, then make your flavored oil and then deal with the cauliflower last. When I do it again, I will use even more Sage. But man was it good!
"beige-y" haha. great video!
Thank you, Chef Christie ! I learned so, so much in this wonderful video !
now this is a real recipe. too often we get mediocre food blogs that's just putting ingredients together – anyone can do that, which is why they do. but to actually develop a recipe like this – with actual technique – takes skill. it goes beyond putting tastes and ingredients together. i can always count on ATK for technique-driven, innovative recipes as the food media space expands. y'all are one of the OGs.
Thanks Christie. I can't wait to try this.
Even though I didn't have sage, made this last night and it was delicious! Thanks Christie and ATK.
This is great. Thanks
Making this tonight!!!
At my local Kroger, chicken leg quarters are actually not readily available except as the cheapest brand they carry. I made this recipe from drumsticks and thigh, I would say that the chicken came out just meh as far as flavor goes, but the highlight was the veggies.
Christie Rocks! Fun, informative and not in a snobby way. More Christie!
Roasted, seasoned chicken leg skin is SO fricken delicious!!
Wow..cutting into in them especially on those specific areas is brilliant!!
I don’t care for dark meat. How would this work with skin on bone in breasts.
If my oven only goes to 375 degrees, what do I do?
Tomatoes with Christie? How does she taste?
Can we have Cecelia sometimes? Just watched her Cuban sandwich epic journey
I can do this in a 5 quart sauté pan in the oven. 👍🏻
Is she new? I like her! Great teacher.
I don't eat cauliflower. Can I use broccoli instead?
Love the cauliflower wedge idea! In my opinion and taste, the drumstick portion of the leg quarter is tendon-y so I usually opt for just the thigh portion. May try it with just the thighs?!
Love Christie! Looks really yummy!!!!
SCORE!
Do you think I could replace the chicken leg quarters with turkey drumsticks? What would you change?
This would be perfect topped with a sprinkle of feta or goat cheese.
This looks good! Yum 😋
سلام لباس 👍👍👍👌👌👌💃🏾🌹😍😋
It does look "pretty darn fantastic." Supper one night next week. Thanks Christie.
Dope recipe❤️. I bet this recipe would also be 👍 with thyme in place of sage. (Thyme is one of favorite 🌿)
So it’s just chicken and cauliflower?
Christie is one of my favorite chefs on ATK. She always has a positive vibe, and seems to really enjoy creating these mouth-watering delights!
