Ingredients
600g Chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
1 Lemon, juiced
1/2 tbsp Garlic, minced or paste
1/2 tsp each of the following- dried oregano, dried mixed herbs
1 tsp each β paprika, onion granules
1/4 tsp each of the following β cayenne pepper, turmeric powder, salt, crushed birds eye chilli flakes
1 tbsp Olive oil
Wooden skewers β soaked
Method
Step 1 β In a bowl, add the chicken pieces and all of the ingredients listed for the chicken. Mix well and let it marinate for at least an hour.
Step 2 β Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. Continue until 3/4 full.
Step 3 β Set the air fryer to 180c. Place the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4- Remove the chicken skewers from the air fryer and transfer to a plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
