  2. All over the world, everyone talks about BBQ …………… In South Africa, we talk about "braai" . Braai is more than JUST cooking food over open coals, it is about the whole experience regarding prepping, wine, fire and BRAAI …………. Shalom

  3. Always thrilled to watch Marion's receipts. For the tip about keeping fresh long the salad and the aromati herbs, I tend to notice that when you wash them all ahead and even well drained and dried up, they last less longer than without being washed, so I tend to only wash the portion I'll be needing for the meal.
