8 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp old bay seasoning
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp oregano leaves
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 cup seafood broth (from previous step – add more or less depending on how thick you want the sauce to be)
