✨Let’s Make… Creamy Boursin Pasta😋
I was not on board with the viral feta cheese pasta bake but this Boursin trend…I can get behind! Here’s how we make it in our house. It’s ridiculously delicious!!
Ingredients:
-1 lb of pasta of choice. I like to use rigatoni or bow tie for this one
– 2 blocks of garlic and herb Boursin cheese
– 2 small cartons of cherry tomatoes. I like to buy the tri colored
– about 1/2 cup cooked peas
– about 1/2 cup crispy pancetta
– garlic powder, olive oil, salt & pepper
Layer in a baking dish the tomatoes and boursin drizzled with olive oil, garlic powder and salt/pepper. I used whole garlic cloves last time and it was WAY better! Don’t skip them. Roast at 400 for about 20-30 min. While that’s baking, cook up your pasta, peas and pancetta. Once baked, use a potato masher and mash your tomatoes! Mix together your sauce while adding in the peas, pancetta and pasta! Top each dish with FRESH basil (don’t skip – so good) and lots of Parmesan cheese!
