It would have been better not to add eggs. Without eggs still got the fibrous texture of meat. But with eggs, it made the dish looked gummy & porridge like. You wouldnt want a meat dish that had porridge like consistency

You should fry the onion first and garlic last because garlic burn faster. You should know this.
No need to add more salt, canned foods are very salty.

I think you have opened it the wrong way. If you pull both side, the long side would come out.
Never browned garlic before, too many chefs discourage it.
