Limited Edition Chicken๐Ÿ—: Ingredients & Recipe Below:-
– Marinate 1 kg chicken with 1 tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric and 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Let it sit covered for 10-15 minutes.
– Heat 6 tbsp oil in a Kadhai and add in 2-3 strings of curry leaves. Let them pop for ten seconds. Now add in 6 thinly sliced onions. Fry on high until golden brown. Now add in the marinated chicken and fry on high for 3 minutes. Next close the lid turning flame to low for 10 minutes.
– Dry roast 1 tsp each of fennel seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 2 green cardamom, 2 cloves and 5-6 less spicy dry red chillies (remove seeds if using spicy ones) on low flame for 2.5 minutes then blend all of it together into a fine powder.
– Add this powder in the Kadhai along with 3/4th tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp each of tomato sauce, roasted crushed kasoori methi and 3-4 chopped green chillies. Mix well for 2 minutes on low and again close the lid on low flame for 12-15 minutes (depending on the size of your pieces) checking and stirring in between. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and crispy fried brown onions.
