  1. I honestly don’t understand. Does ANYONE pay for ATK? Why? Did they not literally just GIVE us the recipe? And because they gave it to us, why should we have to pay to bookmark it? No. I’ll save the recipe another way thank you very much.

  2. I have actually made this recipe, and it is FANTASTIC. Not too sweet, huge depth of flavor thanks to the dark brown sugar and molasses, and they're nice and big and satfisfying. Highly recommend them.

  3. 3 c old-fashioned rolled oats
    1/2 c raisins
    Blitz

    1 c flour
    1 tsp table salt
    3/4 tsp baking soda

    1/2 c sugar
    3/4 c dark brown sugar
    2 tsp molasses
    1/2 c vegetable oil
    4 Tbsp unsalted butter
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    Whisk
    1 large egg
    1 large yolk
    1 tap vanilla extract

    1 1/4 c marshmallow cream (fluff)
    3/4 c powdered sugar
    6 Tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp table salt

  4. Since this recipe calls for molasses separately and brown sugar is just white sugar + molasses, can't the recipe be simplified by just using all white sugar, eliminating the brown sugar, and bumping up the molasses? Or is there more to brown sugar?
