Meerath Beef Biryani
Ingredients:
Beef (meat) 1kg
Rice 750 gms
Oil 400 ml
Salt to taste
Onion 4
Potatoes 250gms
Ginger Paste 1tsp
Garlic Paste 1tsp
Tomatoes 500 gms
Green Chillies 7- 8
Lemon 1
Yougurt 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Coriander Powder 1tsp
Tumeric Powder 1tsp
Coriander Leaves ½ cup
Curry Leaves ½ cup
Black Pepper 7-8
Star Anise 3 – 4
Dried Plums 4- 5
Bay Leaves 2-3
Cloves 4-5
Cumin Seeds 3 tsp
Cinnamon Sticks 3
Food Color 1tsp
Biryani Essense 5-6 drops
METHOD
In a wok ,add Cooking Oil,and sliced onion ,simmer it until it gets a golden Brown color.
Add sliced tomatos,slowly simmer it until tomatos get soft ,Pour Boiled beef with stock into the Wok,stir it to mixe well.
Add salt, Red ChilliPowder,Coariender powder, Tumeric Powder, Small green chilli hybrid, Black pepper,
Cumminseed,Cinamonstic,Cloves,Driedplums,Bayleaf,star anise.
Now we add our mixed masala powder which we have already prepared.
Add half cut fried potatos, add curyyleaves,and chopped green coriander.
add yougurt and mix it well then cook it for atleast 10 minutes.
Soak Rice
Firstly soak Rice into water for 30 minutes.
Boil The Rice
Pour the rice into 3 litre boiling water into the wok with 2 tsp oil, 3 tsp salt ,add slices of 1 lemon, make it alomost 75% boiled,and strain the rice.
Assembling
In a wok pour 2 tbs cooking oil,add a layer of boiled rice, then spread a layer of already prepared gravy, repeat the process 2 to 3 steps,sntill white rice on top ,now sprinkle liquid food color and add some biryani essence at the end and keep it for steaming for 10 to 15 minutes.
Here is the special meerath beef biryani is ready to serve.

Gajar Gosht Recipe
Ingredients:
Beef ½ kg
Fresh Carrots 750 gms
Oil 1 ½ Cup
Chopped Onions 3
Chopped Tomatoes 2
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli Powder 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder 2tbs
Tumeric Powder 1tbsp
Green Chillies 7-8
Ginger 1 tbsp
Green Coriander 1tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
METHOD
In a wok, pour Cooking Oil and Chopped Onion, stirring until it gets light brown.
Boiling The Beef
Boil The beef with ginger& garlic paste
Add ,Chopped CarrotChopped Tomatos, salt to taste, red ChilliPowder,CoarianderPowder,TumericPowder,CumminSeed,SmallGreen Chilli .
Mix all the ingredients all together well, and stirr it until the Carrot gets tender & juicy, mesh the carrots ,now add Boiled beef with its stock and keep it on low flame up to 10 minutes at the end sprinkle the garam masala powder and Julian cut Ginger ,Chopped Green Coriender. For Garnishing.
The Yummy and nutriciousgajarGosht is ready to serve..
