Chatpata tawa chicken
Onion and tomato puree preparation:
Pyaz (1cup)
Tomatoes (1cup)
Lehsan (garlic cloves 2)
Adrak (ginger pods 2-3)
Sabz Mirch (green chilies 2-3)
Laal Mirch powder (1 tbsp)
Salt (1 tbsp)
Haldi powder (1 tbsp)
Zeera (1 tbsp)
Water (as required)
Blend into smooth paste
Chicken half kg
Onion and tomato puree (1 cup)
Marinate for one hour
Yogurt mixture preparation:
Dahi (1cup)
Red chilli flakes (1 tbsp)
Dhaniya powder (1 tbsp)
Black pepper powder (1 tbsp)
Garam masala powder (1tbsp)
Lemon juice (2 tbsp)
Shaan Chaat masala (2-3 tbsp)
Mix n marinate it for 1 hour
Put 2 table spoon oil on tawa n cook marinated chicken on it when chicken tender put green chili n coriander n serve

Cheesy and sizzling Malai boti on tawa
Prepare white sauce:
Butter (2 tbs)
Maida (2 tbs)
Mix
Milk (1 cup)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Red chilli flakes (1/2 tsp)
Black pepper (1/4 tsp)
Hara dhaniya (1-2 Tbs)
Chicken powder (1/2 tsp)
Mix well and cook until sauce is thick
Prepare tawa Malai boti:
Dahi (1/2 cup)
Cream (3 tbs)
Green chilli paste (1 tsp)
Ginger garlic paste (1 tbs)
Mustard powder (1 tsp)
Zeera powder (1 tsp)
Salt(1 tsp)
Garam masala (1/2 tsp)
Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
Black pepper powder (1/2 tsp)
Whisk well
Chicken boneless
Add into mixture and marinate for 30 min
Put it on tawa and put a pice of coal and give it it’s smoke for 2 min
Put white sauce n mozzarella cheese on it n cover it for just cheese melt

Fries chillies
Green Chillies 20-22 nos
Cut slightly from top
Oil (3-4 tbsp)
Mustard seed (1 tbsp)
Cumin seeds (1tbsp)
Fennel seed (1 tbsp)
Cook for few second
Add green chilies
Salt ( 1 tbsp)
Red chilli powder (1 tbsp)
Coriander powder (2 tbsp)
Turmeric powder (1/2 tbsp)
Mango powder (1 1/2 tbsp)
Mix well
Hot water (2-3 tbsp)
Mix
Cook 2 min on low flame
2 cup aata
1 cup basan
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp zeera
1/2 tsp kuti lal mirch
1 CHOTI pyaz
2 green chili
Coriander
Mix all ingredients n make dough rest it for 30 min
After 30 min make paratha
