👩‍🍳I had some leftover caviar and thought, why not? Added it to my lobster pasta, and it turned out unbelievably good. It’s funny how the best flavors sometimes come from these little unplanned moments. No overthinking, no big plan—just a simple decision that made the dish unforgettable.

🌱Ingredients:
• 2 lobster tails🦞
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1 portion cooked spaghetti 🍝
• 1 teaspoon black caviar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the lobster:
• Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Cut the top shell of each lobster tail open, gently pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the base of the tail, and place it on top of the shell for presentation.
2. Season the lobster:
• In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, dry parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
• Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
3. Bake:
• Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F (60-63°C).
• For a golden finish, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
4. Prepare the pasta:
• While the lobster bakes, cook or warm your spaghetti.
• In a pan, toss the spaghetti with a little melted butter or olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
5. Assemble:
• Slice or flake the baked lobster meat and gently add it to the spaghetti. Finish with a teaspoon of black caviar for a rich, briny flavor contrast.
