Ingredients:
2 lb pepper steak (thin slice top round steak)
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp Aji Amarillo paste (mild hot heat) (itβs a Peruvian Chili Paste, Google it for more info- I love it!)
2 tbsp oil
2 Roma tomatoes
1 red onion
French fries
Cilantro for garnish

You need to use way more tomatoes, also take out the meat while you cook the veggies, if you donβt itβs going to be dry and over cooked, only mix it in once the veggies have been properly cooked

Nice try , however Lomo saltado supposed to be juicy this looks a bit dry and meat overcooked
Peruvian here: if you donβt remove the meat it overcooks , you have to cook it separately and then mix it in.
