Lotus Biscoff mini cheesecakes. Easy and yummy no bake dessert!



If you are looking for easy and yummy Lotus Biscoff dessert then look no further!
No baking, no gelatine, no eggs, no cooking, only few ingredient and ready in no time. Perfect last minute dessert idea! These little Lotus Biscoff cheesecake will melt in your mouth! Everyone ask for more!

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

RECIPE (makes 9 mini cheesecakes):
150g (19 pieces) Lotus Biscoff biscuits
200g (1 cup) soft cheese (cream cheese)
1 very heaping tbsp (approx 150g) Lotus Biscoff spread
200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) heavy whipping cream (double cream)
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 Lotus biscuits for decoration

  4. Oh, yum yum 😋😉. Can the any of the mixtures be frozen and secondly can on use mascapone cheese instead. All the way from Johannesburg, SA and yes I would love to eat fish 7days a week😊🙏💐🎂
