Like a lot of folks I freeze my very over ripe bananas like when the peel looks rotten and your questiontiing should you toss ‘em don’t the fruit is perfect for me it’s acts as my sugar and ice in my green goddess smoothie and makes it not just drinkable but enjoyable or you could mash em into pancakes or banana nut bread… btw my green goddess smoothie goes like baby spinach,unflavored protein powder, unsweetened coconut or almond milk any milk will work and 1 very over ripe frozen banana 🍌…. Oh ya peel those nanners before you freeze ‘em If ya know ya know 💚

Those ingredients are very refreshing and pretty in a smoothie. I might wait for the honeydew to come in season so I can get me a good and sweet one. I’ll certainly make one of these then.

My mother had a little mint garden in the backyard. She loved adding mint to a lot of things! The more she picked the mint, the more it grew!
Even after she passed away, the mint garden was still growing strong! Every time we picked some mint, we remembered how much she loved it! 🥰
The mint garden almost took over the backyard! It was planted with love and survived for many years! 💞
