Used whole wheat flour, seems a little dry and crumbly, would add more peanut butter and milk next time. This would also be good with a banana mixed in. Or maybe add PB to banana bread recipe. Just a little bland.

Could self rising flour be used and skip salt, and baking powder?

Oh, I have self rising flour. Do I still add baking powder? It got delivered instead of AP flour.
