I’d love to have a grill like that. I do have a Cuisinart grill that opens flat but I love Paula’s. I think I’d pass on the sauce though. They look beautiful. I think too once it’s cooked I’d trash the bacon. The flavor’s already there after grilling with it on.

I just cooked some filets the other night in the air fryer. Came out so tender and delicious. Omg. I always marinate in dales seasoning and put butter on top. Delicious.
I have NOT watchdd this video yet but her other videos.. Whomever is doing the editing is cutting Paula off and not letting Paula be Paula… That's what sets Paula apart, Paula being Paula. They are taking the fun away. I for one enjoy Paula's stories.. I don't care if thay makes the video longer. But stop with all the editing and cutting Paula off.

I precook my bacon, then wrap it. Then give it another roll around before it come off. This gives it more bacon flavor and will finish cooking quickly at the end.
Way too pink for my taste. Don't even remember the last time I had Filet Mignon. Beef is so dang expensive now. Duck Fat in an aerosol can ?? Never heard of that..

My Dad used to marinate his rib-eyes in Italian dressing.
Doesn't look like filet mingon. It was pretty hard to cut and you should get your money back. Should have done chicken if that's what you liked to watch your brother eat.

Paula steaks should rest a minimum of at least 5 minutes. And you said u were cooking them medium rare. Well they were not. Why eat bacon with it if you have a great steak.
Wow did you see Paula SAW through that filet. The bacon looked terrible too. And why didn't she put the effort into going outside and using the outside grill. Paula puts very little effort and preparation into any of her videos.
Why ruin a gorgeous piece of filet mignon with steak sauce? In my house we firmly believe that if you cook the steak properly you don't need anything else.
