LOVE❤️DAY KA MURGH🍗: Ingredients & Recipe Below:-
– Marinate 1 kg chicken with 1 tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, 5 crushed-crispy-fried-brown-onions, 3/4th tbsp garam masala powder and 200 grams curd. Let it sit for half an hour at least.
– Heat 7-8 tbsp oil in a Kadhai and add in a paste prepared by blending together 3 tomatoes, 12-15 garlic cloves, 2.5 inch ginger and 5-7 soaked Kashmiri Chillies. Fry on high for 5 minutes then on medium high for 2 minutes. Now add in the marinated chicken and fry on high for 5 minutes.
– Dry toast 18-20 skinless almonds, 2.5 tbsp desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp each of stone flower, coriander seeds, 1 tsp each of black peppercorns, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, 4 green cardamom, 1 star anise, 2 inch cinnamon and 1 bay leaf on low flame for 2.5 minutes. Now add in 1 tbsp dry rose petals and blend all of it together into a thin paste adding 1.5 cups of water.
– Add this paste in the Kadhai mixing well for 3-4 minutes on medium. Now close the lid turning flame to low for 18 minutes checking and stirring in between. Next add in a cup of fresh cream mixing well for 2 minutes then close the lid for 2 minutes on low flame. Garnish with roasted crushed kasoori methi.
