My favorite smoothie starts similarly. Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and some Pom with just ice. If cherries are available, I add those too.
Unless it consists of BEEF, BACON, BUTTER and EGGS and SALT… ITS NOT "HEALTHY"!
