Macros Recipe (2-3 Servings): 372 Cal, 29C, 10F, 47P
Ingredients:
– 1 small Onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 100g carrot
– 100g celery
– 200g extra lean ground meat
– 4 tbsp tomato puree
– 400g broth (Vegetable or chicken, beef broth)

in your macros at the end of the video, where are the spaguettis?
Problem with spaghetti is the majority of the calories come from the noodles, and nothing can replace wheat noodles.

Looks delicious, but I'm surprised that you didn't include the pasta in your calorie and macro totals at the end. 100g of pasta probably added close to 400 additional calories, no?
How come the calorie count doesn’t include the calories from the pasta?
Is the entire pan and spaghetti 300 something calories or is that per portion

Is it me or am I missing the carbs and calories from the spaghetti in the nutrition table?
What about undo noodles?
Is the spaghetti weight before or after cooking? ( yes I understand the cal. For them weren’t included… no worries! I can do math lol)
The only thing i would change is i would cook the ragu out for way longer, give the sauce more time to develop flavour
I'd for sure recommend wine for a lot of flavor for practically no calories IF you cook it for a long time. For example, if cooked in a closed dutch oven for > 2 hours then over 95% of the alcohol is gone, IIRC. So let's say for 6-7 portions (1kg mince for me) you add 150ml red wine, and it's 13% alc, then this means you've got 19.5×7 which is 136,5, so times that by 0.05 and you've got less than 7 calories in total, for all these portions. For the amount of flavor it adds it's insane how little it adds calorically 🙂 I use wine a lot in cooking even though I don't drink at all. Just beware that it takes a long time to actually burn it off, you can't just do it in 3 mins.

Wenn Nudeln, dann versuch mal Vollkorn Nudeln. Die Kalorien sind ein bisschen weniger bei den Vollkornnudeln (z.B. Barilla Nr.5: normale Nudeln: 359 kcal, Vollkorn 347 kcal). Aber durch die Ballaststoffe quellen die Vollkornnudeln mehr auf und machen so länger satt.
This is blasphemy – this is not bolognese. It is something else entirely.

My supermarket doesnt allways have the lean one so i take the other higher fat one and i just Cook that first and put it in a sif to drain the fat from the meat

Calories are wrong. You didn’t add the calories for the pasta. Meal is about 600-700 calories.
