Lula Kebab 😋

Ingredients:
– 1 kg ground beef
– 1/2 tbsp salt
– pepper
– garlic
– 300g onion
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1/2 tbsp salt
– 1/2 tbsp vinegar

1. Cut 300g of onion into half rings. Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp vinegar. Pour boiling water over and let stand for 5 minutes. Then drain the water.
2. Add onion to minced meat. Add 1/2 tbsp salt, pepper and garlic. Mix. Beat the meat at least 20 times.
3. Form 140 gram lula kebab each. You can add a little water to the baking tray.
4. In a preheated oven at 190-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The lula kebab is ready. You can add marinated onions on top, as for the filling.
