Luscious Raspberry Tart | Quick and Easy || Dessert Recipes

Hey guys today I wanted to share with you all my absolute favorite tart recipe. Iv’e been making this raspberry tart for quite some years now because every time I serve this at my dinner parties with vanilla ice cream, Everybody just won’t stop raving about it! It is so unique with all of its different tastes and textures, the raspberries have a very tart mildly sour taste but its slightly sweet with its powdered sugar topping but not to forget the absolute perfect rich, crispy, buttery crust. This tart is so beautiful with it’s bright, vibrant red color it always catches everybody’s eyes!

Ingredients:
Dough:
1&1/2 cups flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
1&1/3 sticks butter cold
1 egg yolk
2 Tablespoons cold water
Filling:
450g raspberries
3 Tablespoons cornstartch
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
powdered sugar for dusting

To make the dough simply mix everything in the food processor until dough forms a ball shape.
Remove it and press the dough into your tart pan.
For the filling, simply mix all of the raspberries with the remaining filling ingredients and place the mix into the tart pan.
Bake tart for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
