Deseeded Lychee’s are filled with soft creamy stuffing of khoya and dropped in thick and creamy rabdi. It is a sweet, condensed milk and khoya based dish, originating from the Indian sub continent, made by boiling milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its color to off white or pale yellow, which is chilled and served as dessert.
Ingredients.
Milk : 1.5 ltrs ( 1500 ml )
Sugar : 3/4 cup ( 130 gms )
Khoya : 200 gms
Condensed milk : 1/2 cup
Corn Flour : 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence : 1/2 tsp
Canned Lychee’s : Drained 250 gms
Dry fruits for garnishing.
