Hi,

Macaroni Pulao! Sharing my mom’s recipe for Macaroni Pulao, which we used to love and tastes amazing with onions and a little Ketchup. Its very simple and easy to make that everyone will definitely love this one! Perfect for Lazy Sunday lunch. 🙂

So to make this recipe you’ll need:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cup Rice (Soaked for 20 Mins)
1 cup Macaroni (soaked for 10 Mins)
Oil
Warm Water

For Pulao:

2 Tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
2-3 cloves
1-2 Dried Red Chilli
4-5 chopped Garlic Cloves
1 Chopped onion
1/2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Chopped Green Chillies
2 Cups of warm water (Or more if required as per the rice quality)
Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt
