Ingredients:
* Mackerel fish – 5, big
For masala :
* Fresh coconut – 2 cup
* Onion – 1 small, roughly chopped
* Garlic – 7-8 cloves
* Coriander seed – 2 tbsp, roasted
* Cumin – 3/4 tsp, roasted
* Fenugreek (Methi) seed – 1 tsp, roasted
* Ajwain – 1/4 tsp, roasted
* Mustard seed (rai) – 1/4 tsp, roasted
* Black pepper – 1 tsp, roasted
* Kashmiri chilly – 4-5
* Round red chilli – 4-5
* Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
* Tamarind (lemon size) (soaked in 1/2 cup water)
* Water – 2 cup, add gradually
Fish curry preparation:
* Onion – 1 small, sliced
* Green chilly – 3-4
* Ginger – 2 inch, crushed
* Water as required to adjust consistency
* Salt – 1/5 tbsp, as per the taste
* Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
