Ingredient :
1.5g pork shoulder
120g soy sauce
130g sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp miso
a little bit of ginger
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp honey
1 anise
1. Cut the pork into 3 pieces (about 500g for each piece).
2. Add all sauce ingredient and pork in a plastic bag. Coat the pork with sauce in the bag. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
3. Next day, cook the pork on the frying-pan until browned all sides. Then cover and cook with low heat for 40~45 min. Check the temperature at the center of the meat. (it should be around 80°).
4. Add the sauce which you marinated the pork and cook until the sauce is thickened.
5. Slice them to serve!
You can also bake in the oven. I usually cook about 45 min at 200°. (turn once after 25 min). Bring it to a boil the sauce to pour the pork.
