One Pot Chicken and Rice Recipe

Ingredients –
3 minutes each side
5-6 Chicken Thigh
2 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Ground Cloves
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Salt

Rice Cook for 20 Minutes
1 Shallot or Half an Onion
1 1/2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Garlic
4 Cups Water/Chicken Broth
2 Cups Rice
Bayleaves (Optional)
Saffron (Optional)
Lemons (Optional)

  1. Y’all crack me up everyone is saying this is biryani or jollof I know how to make biryani correctly. I didn’t use any Ginger or Cumin, garam masala, yogurt, peppers or anything like that (Lots of ways to make it too) Y’all saw tomato paste, basmati, an onion, and saffron and Called this biryani. But if I named this video how to make biryani/ jollof rice people would be on my head saying that’s not how you make it 😂😂 love y’all tho

  2. I make this often bc it is so good!! I would remove some of the chicken geese before sautéing those onions and stuff. I am not a health-nut. I say this bc the skin will continue to release more grease while it cooks with the rice. This can make the final product VERY greasy, so keep an eye on that when making this dish.
