Made this tonight. Had great success in the past with ATK recipes. The sauces were sadly not on point. If you’re expecting the sauces you had at Benihana these recipes are sadly not them.
Looks so good! I'll need my steak at 300 degrees, though…haha.
I am afraid that cooking the veg in the reserved fat left by two big steaks will make them greasy. The mushrooms can absorb a lot of that fat.
Made this yesterday, came out amazing, the mustered sauces did not thicken even when I doubled the mustered. all in all a great recipe.
