  1. You never fail to impress. I always love watching you do these videos. The time and effort you put in is fantastic and so are these magnificent dishes. Makes me hungry everytime I watch them.
    Glad to see the pregnancy is progressing. I just have one thing to say about that…when it comes to the labor please don't do it the old fashioned way. That is going to be beyond painful. Please make sure you go to a hospital. All of us can hardly wait to see your newest addition and the family whole. But I must say, that baby is going to be so confused growing up, being surrounded by 17-18th century world and then stepping into the modern world at the same time. Ha ha. 🙂

  2. When I compare Indian food from 200 years ago to what we eat today, I feel like it’s lost some of its complexity and uniqueness. But in the case of the USA, it feels like the opposite — as people got exposed to more global cuisines over time, these old American recipes started to feel more rare and ancient
