Classic Italian Pasta Dishes, Pasta Aglio e Olio.
This is an easy cooking recipe that everyone can cook at home. First I start off making garlic confit, than i will use the garlic oil to cook my pasta aglio e olio! Doing it this way will result with a stronger flavour for your garlic pasta.
I always have this dish at home when I finish all my food in my fridge and when it’s too late to go out and shop.

Nice Video~
It looks much better then many others, I would not cook the parsley maybe, just add it at the very end. You sould try also adding some drops of hot chili oil, it would increase the aroma.
