  1. Kent, I agree with a comment from another viewer, that you bring joy to so many of us dealing with today's problems. I know that when I watch your channel that my mood will be brightened, I'll learn something new and I'll have a new recipe to try. Thanks for your positivity, faith, humor and patriotism. You are the quintessential American man of the West. God Bless you and your family always, in all ways. 🙏

  2. Looks super duper delic.!! I think it go well with some mashed potatoes as well and a salad possibly : )). I love the historic background. You should do a favorite dish of all the U.S. presidents or deserts. If not mistaken Dolly Madison invented the Boston Cream pie for instance.

  3. Thank you for the recipe. I do want to clarify… Lincoln wasn't trying to get the north and the south to 'get along'… The United States was at war with anti-American separatist savages who wanted to keep trafficking humans.

  4. I have wondered what this was since I was a little kid, and my Dad would play an Elvis 8 track that had his version of Old MacDonald. There's a reference to chicken fricassee in that song, and nobody in my family knew how to make it.

  5. Talking about Lincoln hugs, he was supposedly an amazing wrestler and strong enough to pick up a grown man over his head. So ending the video like that Kent hopefully has good ole Abe smiling down on you.
