  2. I’m originally from New Orleans and I’ve put brisket on a Muffuletta. The brine from the olive salad cuts through the saltiness and richness of the cured meats and brisket. The smoked brisket adds another dimension of flavor and even texture. The cheese gives it a slight creaminess. It’s really good if you like Muffulettas.

  3. Brisket tacos have been my favorite thing to do with mine. Homemade tortillas, brisket, homemade pico de gallo, cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, and a couple dashes of your hot sauce of choice
