1 Tbsp Cornflour
1/2 Cup Milk
Mix Well
Keep Aside
3 Cup Milk
Mix Well
Let It Boil
1/2 Cup Sugar
Mix Well
Add Custard Mixture
Keep Stirring
Cook In Low Heat
Let The Milk Shimmer For 7-8 Min.
Cool Down Completely
Pour In A Box
Keep In Freezer For 3-4 Hours
Cut Into Pieces
Pour In A Blender
1/2 Cup Malai/ Cream
Blend For 2 Min.
Pour In Plastic Box
Dry Fruits On Top
2 Bar Deya Dio
2 Nd Ta Valo Hoy Nai
Keep In Freezer For 4-6 Hours
Remove From The Mould
