A healthy and delicious smoothie you can make at home – Malunggay Smoothie.
Malunggay or Moringa has many health benefits – it prevents inflammation, it helps prevent cancer, it is good for the bones, it reduces diabetes symptoms it protects the liver – to name a few. This is so easy to prepare. Just put all ingredients in the blender – and blend until smooth.
Drink this anytime and share it with your family and friends!
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup malunggay leaves
* 3 ripe bananas
* 2 cups full cream milk (or any milk you prefer)
* 1/2 cup instant oats
* 2 Tbsp brown sugar
* ice cubes
Procedure:
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Put in the blender except for ice cubes.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Put ice cubes in mason jars. Pour and Enjoy!

Can you use honey instead of brown sugar and soy milk instead of cows milk? Also what about dried malunggay leaves or powder instead? And would it still be half cup?
Can I use low fat powdered milk instead?
