INGREDIENTS
• 1 pound pork belly
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• 4 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tsp pepper
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp knorr chicken powder (boullion)
• half a bulb garlic
• 5 tbsp banana ketchup
• if you use regular ketchup, add a bit more sugar
