Mango and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Serves 2
* 1 mango (250 g)
* 2 bananas (200 g)
* handful blueberries
* 2 tbsp coconut milk
* 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
* 4 tbsp granola
* 2 tbsp desiccated coconut or coconut flakes

1. Peel and cut 1 mango and 1 banana. Place them in a blender, add 2 tbsp coconut milk and 1.5 tbsp lemon juice. Blend until an even mixture comes together.

2. Ideally, refrigerate the mango-banana smoothie for 30 minutes and it will taste even more refreshing.

3. Divide the mango-banana smoothie into 2 bowls. Add 1 banana cut into slices, a handful of blueberries, 4 tbsp granola, 2 tbsp desiccated coconut or coconut flakes.
