TODAY’S RECIPE IS Mango Butter Pudding Dessert | Rich & Creamy Butter Pudding Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Agar agar powder 2 tsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Mix well
Keep aside
1 mango
Blend until smooth
Pour mango puree to a pan
Sugar 1/3 cup
Cook for 5-7 mins on medium flame
Butter 1/4 cup
Combine well
Milk 2 cup
Let it boil
Cook for 5 mins
vanilla 1/2 tsp
Add custard mixture gradually
Cook for 5-7 mins
7 inch pan (pour the mixture)
Chopped mango on top
Chopped pistachios on top
Keep in the fridge for 2 hours or until set
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
