𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
πŸ₯­Mango puree – 1.5 cups
πŸ₯­Water – 2.5 cups
πŸ₯­Agar agar – 5.5 tsp
πŸ₯­Milk – 2 cups
πŸ₯­Dhagge wali mishri – 3 blocks
πŸ₯­Vanilla – 1 tsp

πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Heat milk, agar agar, crushed mishri, and vanilla extract in a pot.
πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Pour the mixture into a greased mould – milk jelly.
πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Blend mango until smooth.
πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Now cook water, agar agar, and crushed mishri until agar & mishri dissolves.
πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Add mango puree to the boiling agar mixture and cook – mango jelly.
πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Check if the milk jelly has set and cut into cubes. Also dice mangoes into small cubes.
πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Layer milk jelly cubes and mango pieces in a greased mould and pour in the mango jelly.
