Mango Kulfi Trifle! ❤️
Ingredients:
Custard:
3 cups Milk
4 tosp custard
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup mango puree
Mix in 1 pack of whipped cream
Kulfi milk:
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp sugar
Handful of almonds & pistachio
Green cardamom (ilaichi) 2
1/8 tsp saffron
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp dairy cream
Microwave vanilla cake (u can use store bought)
* 1 cup (120gms) maida
* ½ tsp (2gms) baking powder
* ¼ tsp (1.5gms) baking soda
* 6tbsp (90ml) oil
* ½ cup (100gms) sugar
* ½ cup (142gms) yogurt
* ½ tsp (2.5ml) vanilla
* 2tbsp (15ml) milk
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Microwave in a greased oven safe dish for about 6 minutes on normal mode. (Recipe from bakewithshivesh.com)
To assemble:
Cake slices, kulfi milk, custard, leftover mango puree, 1 pack jelly, 1 pack dairy cream whipped, mangoes and other fruits to top.
