My fusion dessert with mango mousse and rasgulla combination is so heavenly, creamy & absolutely delicious.

Mango Rasgulla Mousse Cake Tub
Ingredients :
Mango mousse :
Chilled Heavy Whipping Dairy Cream(used Amul red tetra pack)- 500 ML
Condensed Milk – 250 ML
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Mango pulp – 1 cup
Method :
Take a container & start layering-
Layer 1 : Sponge cake
Layer 2 : Rasgulla sugar syrup
Layer 3 : Mango mousse
Layer 4 : Sliced rasgullas
Layer 5 : Chopped mangoes
Repeat 1 more layer
Garnish with chopped almond, pistas, mangoes & rasgullas
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Serve chilled & enjoy this creamy mango dessert
