Can we stop eating softshell crabs? This is absolutely ridiculous. We have lost thousands of crabs in the past couple of years and we are still thinking that eating softshell crabs is a good idea. I don’t get it. We live in Maryland. We should do better.

In my humble opinion soft shell crabs are the king of seafood. When it comes down to I’d probably choose soft shells over just about anything from the ocean.

Oh yummmm, looks like a nice way to eat a soft shell. I thought the full moon thing was more a myth/coincidence rather than a rule. Maybe it's true tho, love a soft shell MD blue crab any day no matter the moon phase.
Next time: try with some gochujang or some chili crisp!!!
