Marry Me Chicken – Flavour Fusion Chicken

Looking for a flavour bomb chicken recipe? Then try Marry me chicken, a dish that lives up to its name with its undeniable flavour and creamy texture. It’s a dish that exploded on the internet. I’ve received so many requests, that I could no longer ignore it, so here’s my version. Instead of breasts, I prefer to use tender, chicken thighs but you could use breasts if you prefer.

So what is Marry Me Chicken? Pan-seared chicken thighs bathed in a rich and vibrant cheesy sauce, bursting with the savoury tang of sun-dried tomatoes and the warmth of Italian spices. Hints of garlic and lemon peek through the creamy base, creating a symphony of taste that’s both comforting and surprisingly complex. Each bite is an invitation to indulge, leaving you wanting to savour every morsel.

So be careful who you share it with, and as you may receive a proposal. It’s true! It’s powerful, it should be banned! You’ve been warned!!!

Enjoy my version of Marry me chicken, I would prefer to call it Flavour Fusion Chicken.

  1. Oh my god ❤❤
What an excellent video shoot and the recipe looks sumptuous 😋😋

I've recently started cooking a few yumm chicken dishes, I am certainly going to try this one tomorrow itself.

Will share a link to cooked chicken photographs 👍🏻👍🏻

  2. How do you finish chicken in 6 minutes/side without burning the butter? If I cooked at a temp low enough to not burn the butter the chicken would not be done in 12 minutes, if I tried to cook it in 12 minutes the butter would be liquid charcoal.
I can do this with olive oil but definitely not butter.

  3. We love your recipe! I discovered your channel during my study abroad year in Beirut, Lebanon few years ago! I had a similar dish in Lebanon, but instead of using heavy cream, they use something they call labneh ( delicious), they use their good white wine (from the beautiful Bekaa valley) and they also use grilled caramelized red pepper instead of the dried tomatoes …

  4. I made this, and everyone wanted to marry me – even my wife…..too scared to make it again. Seriously, this man is the greatest chef I've ever come across! I've cooked many of the recipes, and am yet to make a loser – and with a family of picky eaters.
